June 2011- Castle Care was among a few Connecticut contracting companies chosen to become part of of Sears, Roebuck, its affiliates and subsidiaries network. January 2011- Castle Care has joined this network site for contractors.  the site provides inside forums for open discussion on Home improvement and renovations topics. As a company member, we can start a discussion or join an ongoing one.  HomePros is an innovative online community providing homeowners access to home improvement resources along with the ability to connect with local Home Repair and Remodeling Professionals.

 January 2011- John Marmolejo obtained the Property, Inspection and Preservation (PPI) License from Altisource Portfolio Solutions. This new PPI Vendor License provides a new range of property preservation in Fairfield and New Haven Counties.

December 2010- Castle Care expanded its web presence by joining Thumbtack.com. Check out our public profile and  have a look at our customer testimonials on Thumbtack, a site for finding local services

October 2010- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) eliminated the Opt-Out waiver on the Lead renovation compliance on houses built before 1978. John adquired the Lead Renovation Certification. The Workshop "EPA RRP Lead Safe Work Practices" took place at United Restoration headquarters in Middlefield, CT and the EPA certified instructor was Jim Verzino.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

May 2008-  John Marmolejo undertakes the function of 'House Captain'  on behalf of Americares-Homefront and Saint Gabriel's Church in Milford, CT. John volunteered for Homefront since 1999 however, as a house Captain he takes the role of homefront coordinator to a new level doubling the volunteer base for this program.  HomeFront is a community-based, volunteer-driven home repair program that provides FREE repairs to low-income homeowners, thus enabling them to remain in their homes with an improved quality of life. Currently serving Fairfield, Hartford and New Haven Counties in Connecticut; and Westchester County, New York.

March 2006- John Marmolejo, Castle Care owner, obtained the Radon Measurement Technician License from the National Radon Safety Board. This license allows Castle Care to provide Radon Measurement tests. These readings are geared to Realtors and private home owners for Real State transactions or individuals wanting to know the Radon measurement reading in their properties.       February 2004- Castle Care is listed in the New Web Contractor Directory at Contractors.com. Our web presence makes more visible to local residents looking for sound Home Improvement contractors in the area. 

 October 2003- Castle Care joined LinkedIn.com, a professional network of businesspeole which gives us an advantage in our careers, and is one of our most valuable assets.
